As I’m sure you are all aware, there is a big event coming up this weekend that must be addressed. An event which glorifies an obsession that has taken many souls. This weekend many will assemble en masse, they will perform their bizarre rituals, and some will even worship unholy idols. This hotly hyped event will salute the Marxist revolution and will be run by men who embrace policies such as forced “vaccination”, “woke” politics, and the New World Order itself. Many families dismiss the threat of this gathering and the huge attention in which it garners. They ignore the harm that this group’s promotion of sexual deviancy, gluttony, and lust pose upon our youth and the men of the Domestic Church.
This event will take place in just a few short days, and as divisive as this topic is… it must be addressed and confronted head on. And the evil that this event represents will not just go away if we simply sit by and watch. And it will not go away just because we pray really hard in our churches. While this event’s force is at it’s weakest, now is the time to resist it with all we have got. Mark my words, this event will move around the country and continue to keep men trapped, compromised, and stagnant if we do not rally against it!!
By now you should clearly know, that the very event of which I speak is obviously…. The Super Bowl.
Now before you accuse me of pulling a click bait and switch, understand that I set that up for a reason. Yes, the big topic of the day actually regards Satan’s apparent new town to town visits, complete with fanfare, social media hype, a QR code, professional branding, and a convention center to greet him. But while many are making their prudential judgment whether or not to attend a peaceful and prayerful counter event, I would like to present a healthy reminder that Satan has already taken many other segments of our day to day lives. And though it is not so obvious to some, upon closer inspection of the Super Bowl and the NFL overall, the takeover is deeper and should be more apparent than most would admit. I argue it is so bad that we should dump the event entirely.
When the NFL allowed “Black Lives Matter” banners all over NFL stadiums, they promoted self proclaimed “trained Marxists” who officially declared in 2020 that they had an agenda to “disrupt the Western prescribed nuclear family” I see a parallel to the moment in history when Russian intellectuals realized that not even chess was allowed not to be about Communism. Soon after the Bolshevik revolution, all the clubs slowly adopted Hammer and Sickle flags until the Communist government turned the whole game into a Soviet propaganda machine. Turning pro meant becoming property of the Soviet state, supported as a first class citizen in exchange for winning glory for the Communist cause. Thus the NFL bows to the Intersectionalists.
Presently, the NFL continues to demonstrate its commitment to the Transhumanist agenda. Like most cowardly corporate entities, the NFL decided to forsake practical reasonableness and simply force grown men (the coaches) to either take an experimental gene therapy injection or lose their jobs. And then in the true spirit of effeminate incrementalism, they declared the “vaccine” optional for players, so long as they agreed to strict protocol that isolated them from their teammates . While everyone knows how Aaron Rogers was harassed by super intelligent commentators like Terry Bradshaw and Skiuuup Bayless this past season, most have forgotten the isolation that unvaccinated players earned themselves this past year. No Fun League, No Freedom League, No Fair League, put whatever shoe you like on it; they all fit.
Finally, let’s talk about recent history of the Super Bowl Halftime show. It feels like forever ago since the Who graced America with Baba O’Reiley during the Saints/Colts Super Bowl in 2010. Since then we have had Beyonce’s 2013 hyper sexualized show complete with bizarre convulsions on stage, Adam Levine’s strip tease performance of 2019, and J-Lo’s infamous “Women are on top of the world” performance of 2019.
Of course. What says women's "liberation" more than countless crotch shots, a barrage of S&M dressed dancers, pole dancing, and J-Lo’s own 11 year old daughter on stage during the affair? What kind of impact did this show have on America? Interestingly enough, statistics from pornhub may give us a clue. According to statistics released by the site, the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show shot up searches for Jennifer Lopez by 381% the night of the Super Bowl and 1401% (not a typo) for Shakiara, who performed alongside her. For more info, see this article from a Kansas City paper.
At what point do we stop saying “but I don’t watch that part” and just dump the losers who put on the overall event? How complicit do we want to be? I have met dozens of people this past year who are not satisfied with the explanation that the Covid vaccine’s abortion tainted nature is remote enough as to cause no moral concern. What is so different here? Is it really good enough to just turn away from the filth during the halftime show, or should we tell those arrogant billionaires displaying that ode to sexual deviancy and the new world order that they have ZERO control over us? You can have that peace and freedom this weekend. Just say "no".
So yeah, this weekend is an eventful weekend for sure. If your conscience moves you to occupy a public sidewalk this weekend to pray prayers of reparation for Satanists, then all the more power to you. That’s well within your right as an American and as a faithful Catholic. If you want to listen to a former NFL player (whom I admire) encourage you to be the best Catholic man you can be at a men’s conference, then I hope you get plenty out of it and feel the energy for weeks to follow. But don’t forget, just like the Super Bowl, there are plenty of other opportunities to confront evil in the every day world around you.
I look forward to a grace filled three days up ahead to build me and my comrades up. All of them. And once we are on the other side of this weekend, I pray we all quickly come back together again as men ready to embrace even tougher times ahead. Because if you think times are tough now, just wait.
But as a true fighter whom I sincerely respect recently said, “There’s only one team, and that’s team Jesus”. By Sunday evening, hopefully everyone on the team will be standing shoulder to shoulder again, ready to fight the next evil ahead. And we better be ready, because it won’t be far off.
